Pace University student falsely accused of rape sues the school

Why do these people always sue just the school? This crap isn't going to stop until they start suing the accusers. The girl and her parents should be named in the lawsuit.

If the school loses money (without a drop in enrollment, a la Mizzou), they can just run to the government and say 'muh education spending,' and all the people who made it possible get to keep their jobs and authority. Go after the accusers for defamation. This guy was arrested, so they really need to try to press charges for filing a false police report.

After a couple people get the perp walk for, say, accusing a cab driver of rape to get out of paying the fare, maybe people will stop doing it. Saying "You shouldn't do that," and handing down no consequences is never effective on children, on matter how old they are.

have her issue a false rape report with the university

sue for millions
