Women lie every day in family court with no consequences. Man gets 2 years in prison for claiming he created Kung fu panda. Moral = screwing people is ok. Screwing companies gets you jail time
I don't have anything that directly ties this story to men's rights. I just finished an extremely high conflict divorce (after a 2 month marriage/elopement). In the trial, my ex lied about everything, and was even proven to be lying with her own words (texts/emails) and a psychological evaluation diagnosed her as "the most severe 'anxiety disorder' (polite way of saying personality disorder) they've ever seen.
Combined we spent about $250,000 of personal funds on legal fees and god knows how much taxpayer money on judges, police, social workers, etc.
This story just made me thing about how There were never any consequences for her proven lies under oath. I still have no idea why the "Justice" system wouldn't want to discourage abuse of the system like that (and waste of public funds) by making consequences for those that are proven to be committing perjury.
