Not denying the genetics, but I'm saying there might be some other factors that influence those geneitcs.

Public schools in many neighborhoods with large black populations are underfunded, inadequately staffed, and ill equipped to provide the same quality of secondary education that is offered in predominantly white suburban school districts.......In 2005, 47 percent of white SAT test takers had taken trigonometry in high school compared to 35 percent of black test takers. So there's obviously a genetic factor, however upbringing alone accounted for a sufficient bump in their scores. I'd like to read the full article so really pick it apart. I also saw this paper's from the 1970's, I wonder if its still relevant or if there's new research on the topic.
