I listened to BBC on NPR this afternoon and heard this piece, but I don't know how to find a web transcription of it. I was outraged when the newscaster started by saying that famine relief efforts were being hindered by Boko Haram's increased use of children in suicide bombings. After that one line, he and the representative for UNICEF talked about nothing but the 200 girls kidnapped three years ago and the sexual and physical abuse to which they were subjected. They pontificated on the girls' difficulty being accepted back into their communities and the long term ramifications for the pregnant ones. After headlining with suicide bombings, they said not a single word about the actual bombers, not to mention the thousands of boys these monsters abducted and militarized. "Girls" and "children" were used constantly throughout the report, but they didn't say "boys" a single time.
If you read this and have better web skills than me, please post a link to the report.
