Where do you find offline/telephone friends who understand?

If you're unfortunate enough to live in a heavily left wing/feminist area it can be very difficult, the only thing I could suggest if you're really determined is perhaps find friends just in a different city or something to hang out with.

The more you travel the more you'll realise these people aren't actually the majority they think they are.

Why don't you try creating a local group on meetup.com? We formed a divorced dads support group in Southern California and the number and quality of men in the group is outstanding. It might be best for face to face and then offer telephone support.
