Not sure how else to talk about it but the closest comparison is to when one talks during drunk. When drunk, words seem to come out at ease, showing our social skills out in the open rather than remaining inside our heads. It's really easy to have any kind of conversation when under the influence, unfortunately trying to emulate this during sober is a bit more complicated. How exactly can this mode of conversation be converted into a sober person trying to become better at socializing? There certainly must be internal road blocks that prevent such a task
