I mean... I understand she was in the wrong here, but I kind of feel for the girl.... I'd be pretty fucked up too and probably off my game if my father got kidnapped and injured because of my work... I'd also probably cut some corners to get revenge.

If anyone is to be held to the utmost standards are prosecutors. They have much more power than the judge in a courtroom. Any prosecutor knowingly withholding exculpatory evidence go further their careers or simply to obtain a conviction should be disbarred and thrown in jail, male or female. This isn't misconduct, this is a lot more than that.

This isn't a male/female thing. It's because Law Schools today press winning above all, and not ethics. I had it explained to me by a relative who is a retired lawyer. She said ethics is an almost forgotten subject in the legal field.
