Then there is no need for campus' "internal policies" then are there?

It's a police matter, and there's nothing else the college needs to delude themselves into thinking they need to "handle it".

You only have to look at the history of the Catholic Church to see what happens when you permit an institution to internally handle cases like rape and sexual abuse.

I don't see any indication that policies are actually being implemented at any level. This article is just about a student group with too many gender studies majors in it making some fuss.
