Too many holes in this story to know for sure what happened yet, I'd wait until more clear evidence comes out. The problem is, we've seen incidents like this before and they've often turned out to be a load of bullshit.

Fury over the incident has culminated in days of peaceful protests and riots, with fireworks thrown at police as cars and rubbish bins were set on fire leading to dozens of arrests.

I think I'd want to know the background of this protester, the thing is, anyone else I'd be definitely concerned about it but we've seen how the antifa protesters in particular act and I wonder if there's something going on here.

I think wait and see before jumping to conclusions, I always end up getting suspicious when news stories start posting up these sorts of articles all at once but if it's legit there should be no problem in getting evidence if the police really did go and assault him.

Oh and this is apparently some video footage of the guy getting arrested...... Now people can correct me if I'm wrong here, but I don't see this guy getting assaulted with a baton, I see him being restrained.
