I dont see how this is a MR issue. Bullying, or otherwise aggressive behavior that is not consented to, is a human problem. OF course there is a cultural aspect. But the problems usually exist at, say, work, school, or whatever common places of meeting.

Let me clarify my statement. It seems to me as if this young man was deprived strong Parental Guidance I was picked on and humiliated for most of my young life due to my weight. I see this young man's plight as not just a problem with bullying but as a problem with his support system and a family not being proactive on his behalf
