Reminds me of the Ke$ha case. Doesn't like the recording contract that she willingly signed, so she cries rape against her producer. Until he sued her dumb ass, that is. Then it suddenly didn't happen. Psychopath.

The internal inquiry, however found him guilty. Gaikwad challenged the inquiry report before the Governor and was declared innocent. It was found that the driver of the official vehicle in which the alleged incident took place was never questioned in the internal inquiry.

I found it believable before this due to it being he said she said but with the driver being there? No way. What kind of shitty internal people don't question the third person involved?
