This is definitely a mass killing. The sentence seems to be OK, 4 life sentences, but why does it seem to be missing five very important words, without the possibility of parole?

I doubt Mother Jones will be researching the genders of people who've use a vehicle to commit a mass killing any time soon. Women commit mass killings as well. The media focus on guns is simply to focus on men who do it and ignore women.

I'm sure there are crimes committed exclusively or nearly so by women depending on how narrow you tailor it for example killing a child within 24 hours of birth.
