Wow, so you'd just need to accuse your ex of rape to get full custody? Breakups/divorce hearings are infamous for fabrications of abuse and the like, how could any law maker think this is a good idea, let alone a constitutional one.

Sounds like a fast track to custody. Will it work the other way around, when proven she was the rapist does the baby get removed at birth and awarded to the man in question ?
