There is this female coworker we have been working together for 2 years. I felt that there has been always some kind of feelings/tensions etc. between us but I acted like she was a male friend solely because she is married. Now i am leaving to another country for education, and me leaving sparks the sexual tension even more. I am getting very strong IOIs, but at the same time she seems to lack the courage to sleep with another man. It is very tricky situation. I almost sure that she would sleep with me if she wasnt married. Being married clearly overwhelms her but at the same time she is never shy to send those strong IOIs to attract me. What is the correct way to lead a girl like this to open up? It is very hard for me to pass this because she is a solid 9 or even 9,5.
