A district judge last week sentenced Carrier to eight years in a state prison but suspended that portion of her punishment, as long as she complies with several conditions.

In the end she's only spending 1 year in jail and 5 years probation so long she complies with the conditions, but what's interesting is:

Carrier was initially arrested on June 28 and was released two days later on $30,000 bond with specific orders not to have any contact with the victim.

Instead of abiding by the terms of her release, Carrier continued having drug and alcohol-fueled sexual binges with teenagers, including the one she was ordered to stay away from, the sheriff's office said.

So she was already given a second chance with her bail, and went right back to the same behaviors as before. What in God's name gives this judge the idea that after a mere year in jail she won't still pose a threat and won't go back to doing the same thing again, when she's already shown repeatedly that this is the kind of thing she'll do when given a bit of freedom?

Just another absurd demonstration of the Pussy Pass. Basically the judge is like "I'm going to let you off with a warning this time, but if you do it again you'll be in big trouble!" -She does it again- "Alright I'm going to put you in time out for 15 minutes, but don't do it again and this time I'm serious!"

Shocker. Woman got a pussy pass. Who'd have imagined. Didn't comply with the conditions and still got a pussy pass. How unexpected.

Seriously, judges like that should be publicly spat on. He doesn't deserve the authority that he was given. He's supposed to be the arbiter of justice and that defnitely wasn't justice.

I'm not even surprised at this point, I see shit like this weekly where women sexually abuse kids and get reduced sentences compared to men. It's bullshit.
