I concider sexual harrassment law to be bullshit. OMG someone gave me a hug, or complimented my hair, or stared the my tits which are spilling out of my top, sexual harrassment!

Bullying at work isn't cool, but there is a difference between bullying and teasing, which isn't always easy to tell the difference without the context.

Most of these rules are BS. If I want to nickname my big, fat, gay, I assume hairy, coworker Sexy Bear. I'm going to nickname him Sexy Bear.
