Feminism has worked for this for decades. That is why most teachers are women and most of themj are feminist. I don't know how to turn it around. They have done all that they could to take motivation away from boys.

I read a book ~10 years ago that went into all of this and how schools were rearranged to favor girls. The author was a psychologist and took care to cite every claim made about the differences in how boys and girls learn and develop. Can't for the life of me remember what it was called.
