Well, you are a dumb ass if you continue this relationship.. you are setting yourself up for abuse and further humiliation.

Fuck her...and I don't mean that literally. Go no contact and cut ALL ties. Tell her in a VERY public place that it's over, and you never want to see her again. Make sure that she has NOTHING of hers at your place when you do this... then make sure she is out of your life for good.

Do not open the door for her. Do NOT let her into your place. DO NOT EVER BE ALONE WITH HER. If she shows up at your home/ work/ school, call the cops.

Something about this doesn't add up. I am really sorry you are having such a hard time and this might come off as insensitive but are you sure this is actually happening? You said you suffer paranoid schizophrenia this sounds like an episode to me. Are you in treatment? Go talk to your therapist or doctor or who ever and if you aren't getting treatment start right away.
