Might not be 100% pussypass. Those things would make leniency understandable under any circumstances.

Wait a few years until that kid has to pay child support though : his ADHD will probably not be considered a sufficient disability for him to escape it. Plus in court, they'll see a functioning grown man, a disabled woman, and a child in need of support. He's basically fucked.
