sick of the usual 'she was too drunk to say yes' crap. if they are both drinking, why must he get consent from her but she doesn't need it at all . will always remember the debate on bbc1 where one contributor was talking rationally about why it's important for both parties to be responsible where drink and sex occurs and the feminist jumps in with 'but in law women don't need consent'.
