Women are not a protected class.

They are not dainty little flowers.

They are not children.

They are adults and should be able to function like an adult with any crisis that they might face no matter how small or how large and hurt feelings over something said to you is about as small a problem as you can get.

By painting women as a protected class you are equating them with children. Children are overlooked for promotions, bank loans, leadership, etc. We have low expectations of children.
