Weird one here. Girl is my friend's sister. Friend (who is a girl) is a true wingman and has been trying to get me to connect with the sister for a while.

Anyways met sister for the first time last night at a get together. It took a while but she SEEMED to finally get comfortable around me by being flirty, placing her leg on mine, her foot on mine and things like that.

I escalated a little, rubbing her leg, her back and holding her hand.

Eventually when we got away from the group, we hugged and when I went in for the kiss, she pulled back saying "you're my sister's friend so I can't. " I told her "what does that have to do with anything?"

She said "idk I just can't."

Yea you read that right. Further into the night, as I'm leaving we alone once more as I'm getting ready to leave. This time we did kiss and make out very briefly after some resistance on her part.

Now this is the weird part. I asked her for the number and she doesn't give it to me. Saying that I can get the number from her sister but can't give it to me because I'm her sister's friend.

Like wtf? Confused. For the record we are all in our mid twenties.
