Sexual harassment is a serious issue in the work place, that's why he got so much. This judge didn't take it lightly, and the kid was consistent in his story. She was the one making excuses.

A few thoughts... Despite knowing these shows are fake, it's troubling how 'normal' it is for someone to accuse someone of sexual harassment, and then they're automatically believed. I feel like OP and some others on this sub may feel like this is justice because the gender dynamic is opposite of normal, but it's not justice.

Also, would the audience have been chuckling if an early 20s woman mentioned the alleged sexual misconduct of a middle aged man? Shit annoys me.

I feel like they were both consistent, and responding (consistently) to an accusation doesn't really qualify as an "excuse". Look, I'm as much about a pussy pass being denied as the next person, but this is not an example of that. This is just a ruling against a woman based on no evidence, which I don't feel is to be lauded.

I am not particularly fond of how the judge laughed at the mention of sexual harassment. just because it's a male getting harassed there is supposed to be some comedic undertones to it? absolutely not.

while his claim was just a he said she said moment, I never once saw him lighten his mood on the subject even when the whole courtroom was laughing with the judge.
