That's funny, I lived 2 minutes from where this is shot in Savannah for years. Idiots always park in handicapped spots there but that is so the fucking least of anyone's worries in Savannah. I'd probably rank absolutely out of control gang violence, rampant robberies and constant random acts of violence by teens slightly ahead.
