Allegedly is right. The Twitter trust and safety council consistently uses "anti-harassment" tools as weapons of political censorship.

For example, I recently watched the #fathersrights hashtag become shadow banned in real time as I used it to seek justice for fathers. When I complained about it, oops they were caught! and the stopped shadow censoring it. The #mensrights hashtag remains shadow censored. Because, protecting victims of domestic violence from discrimination is inherently bullying.
