I remember seeing this a few years ago. Female landlords do get crazy and houseshare situations are very dangerous to men. While laws vary from state to state, waiting three moths to evict a bad tenant is too long. So the housemothers play very fast and loose. He was right o record but, he needed a new place to live the next day.
