I am no longer living with my spouse or child. She made me move out because of my depression. Serisouly. How can I make sure that she is doing everything she is legally required to do while having a child?

She has no legal basis for making you move out. It's your house. You are legally allowed to move back.

If you move out and stay out, you can lose ALL rights to your house and child.

If you think you're depressed now, wait until shit really hits the fan.

Depression is a state of mind. It's bad, but you can still get things done. Move back. Tell her you're working on it. Don't put up with any shit. Get better.

First you need to identify what country you are in.
Next you need to see a psychiatrist, or appropriate medical practitioner, and deal with your depression. You must take care of yourself first; anything else, no matter how well articulated, is deflection.

You married a horrible person. You deal with this by sending divorce proceedings to her. If she kicked you out for being depressed then it's obvious that's what she's already planning on. You're depressed cause you let your wife (the person who is supposed to support you and love you through everything) push you out when you violate her feelings with your own. You're depressed because you let your whore of a wife walk all over you at times when you need her help the very most. My friend, she has no love for you. Move back in. Leave her. Kick her bitch ass out. Get help for your depression. And fight for your child. But moving out is the absolutely fucking last thing you should have done. You are a goddamn human being and you don't deserve that shit. Especially from the person that is supposed to love you. You think your depression is bad now? Wait till you let your "wife" take the rest of your dignity and will to fight. Your fight will be severely hindered if you stay moved out and away from your child. It'll be even harder to fight for custody if you let her file for divorce first. I'm sorry for saying this... but you need to stand up. Suck it up. And show your child that you're not going to roll over and let her mother take her father away. That you aren't going to put up with her shitty treatment of you. You need to show your child how to fight for what they love even when there seems to be nothing left to fight for. You need to teach your child that you never give up. Never give up on yourself. On your family. On your life. But moving away from your family because you're hurting is only going to hurt you worse.

Move back. She can't make you leave over a health issue. Document how she treats you and your child at all times. Don't let a bully dictate your life.
