'Toxic' just means any non-female behaviour or reaction. Most women don't care though, they think these gender studies students and professors are nuts too.

"Toxic" means "not gynocentric".

If you are in full compliance with all gynocentric demands, if you're completely in service to women, then you're good to go.

Anything less is "toxic".

Nope, they mean 'toxic' as in 'contrary to my interest'. Nothing to do with morality.

Exempli gratia:

man builds a house => positive masculinity.
man wants to keep house he built for himself, declines to give to woman => toxic masculinity.
