So the judge basically said that he couldn't possibly believe that the woman would have her hands in the man. And that the text saying she wanted hot sex and her sleeping the rest of the night with him is effectively meaningless. What is wrong with him???

If it were up to me, all cases like this would be immediately dismissed. If you can't bring even one witness, or one piece of evidence external to your own memory, you don't get a case.

I just can't get over this. How repeatedly he went over and over how every single piece of the woman's testimony was so solid, and that not a single piece of it could be doubted at all. According to him, no person in their right mind could possibly believe that she's fabricated or misremembered a single fact. It's infuriating how high and mighty yet so utterly stupid and disgusting it is.

Her testimony could be 100% solid and the would still be innocent based on her testimony. She asked for hot sex and then had sex and didn't say no. Her tears were after the sex. The next morning when she said no, he excepted no. All based on her testimony. This should never have gone to court based on her testimony.

If you take a look at the accuser's testimony, she kept repeating that she was confused, but still followed him. It was clear that she didn't know exactly what happened. For example, she just kept saying that "he was so angry, talk so bad, so angry, never seen anything like it, don't know him anymore" but still pressured him to take her home, then sat on his bed?!

In fact, if anything, she should be charged with sexual assault:

Q. Okay. Now, you had testified that, yesterday, that Mr. Ururyar had asked you not to touch him, correct?

A. Yes.

Q. Okay. And you were –- because you were touching Mr. Ururyar, correct?

A. I don’t recall that.

She was drunk, and sexually harassing a guy against his wishes. If a guy did that, he would be guilty instantly. Trial over. Not only did she insist he come over to party when he was sick, she also harassed him despite him having a girlfriend, pressured him into letting her stay, and basically behaved very, very promiscuously.

“Obviously, I was intoxicated enough to seek out somewhere else to sleep because I felt vulnerable in that I didn’t feel comfortable catching a cab by myself because I knew, I knew that I was vulnerable. I was intoxicated.”

From what I remember, I ended up in his room. I was sitting on his bed and again, that verbal aggression began to escalate.

She was intoxicated enough to take specific measures by...staying with a guy and sitting on his bed while drunk? How do you just "end up" in someone's room and sitting on his bed? I feel like she's leaving out vital information.

His tone of voice just started to get harsher and more blunt and direct and saying things about me to make me feel like I had done something wrong and I started to believe it... I just like, because I was just hearing all these terrible things about how horrible I am and how much of a drunk and a slut I am.

What she is doing is very, very wrong. Getting irresponsibly drunk, sexually harassing people, stealing people's boyfriends, not giving a damn about people's agency, and taking advantage of kindness and repaying with evil. All these bad things said about her is 100% true. If I had a friend like that who got insanely drunk to the point where I had to take care of her despite me being sick, and if she kept on coming to me and grabbing my ass, I would tell her that:

She's drunk
She's being uncomfortable promiscuous.

Because those are facts, and sorry if she can't handle the truth.

I remember feeling really scared because this is somebody that I had never seen. I had never seen that kind of anger.

Clearly she did not see the video "Greatest freak out ever (ORIGINAL VIDEO)". If she did, the guy must have acted HELLA angry to top that off. Like seriously, a guy is literally shoving TWO SHOES AND REMOTES up his ass while screaming bloody murder and you STILL followed him home?

Trivia time: if a guy was screaming at the top of his lungs and shoving a remote up his ass, do you

1) Follow him home
2) Film him on camera and get insanely rich from youtube views until you get arrested for indecent content
3) Get the hell away

What the... She was complaining and had self-esteem problems when people complained she was behaving too promiscuously, but then she turns around and said that she wants to have sex with the judge?!

And what's the deal about "HAVE him INSTEAD". Does she mean that she "had" Mr. Ururyar in a legal or sexual way? Does this mean she gets off from "having" men? That sounds so possessive, strangely after being "raped". Seriously, you don't "have" someone if you've been raped by them, unless you weren't raped. DUN DUN DUN.

I feel we should do all we can to support the guy. What should we do?
