I never understand when people say that something is "all male". For a start men and women are biologically different so they have different interests and different abilities, chances are that men just happen to be more suited for the job and surely hiring someone just because they want gender diversity is worse than hiring somebody who is more qualified. Isn't the point of feminism to give women the choice to work in these fields if they want to?
