I was in your situation a few months ago. It's fine if you try to escalate with these woman, I have had some success with it However, keep 2 things in mind:

1) They shouldn't be your only objectives, keep trying to find new woman.

2) You will have better results if you disappear from their lives and return as a new person.

Also, don't get your hopes too high.

Since you are in the early stages, you should game every girl you meet, regardless of whether or not you find them attractive. After all, it's up to you if you escalate to the next level.
