Just being a pedophile doesn't mean the law's been broken, or are we establishing thought crime now?

Also, many child molesters are not pedophiles.

We'd actually reduce child victimization by not driving these people so far into the closet that they won't get help before committing a crime.

Having a sexual preference for children is not in fact illegal. Having sex with children is illegal.
