You're putting too much thought into it. Read No More Mr. Nice Guy - there's not a formula to what to say or not, you can pretty much say whatever and be alpha about it, it comes from mindset. Sounds like you have the motivation to become better, so go read that book.

Publicly embarrassing someone is the super fast track to getting them to resent you. Don't talk shit to guys for female approval. Seeking approval is fucking exhausting.

I know a lot of people say this all the time but it's, in my experience, the first step, and that is always be working on something. Always be working on improving some aspect of life.

Whether that's your meditation practice, drawing skills, lifting numbers, physique, income, knowledge etc... If you have shit going on, you give less of a fuck about how you appear to women and people in general.

Strong eye-contact and a strong sense of calm.

The trick is to keep a steady cycle going where you interact/approach a handful of girls, go back to the theory (to assess what you did well and what needs work), then back to gaming, then back to theory, over and over until you start seeing results.
