Sorry to burst your bubble but fighters only lift weights in movies. Combat sports are technique/anaerobic sport, no one cares how much you bench or squat. Weight lifting is not essential at all.

No. Intro/extroversion are nervous system settings, you're born with them. For the guy saying that you can but there are "things which are holding you back" I say he is wrong because being an introvert =/= lack of social skills, interests, and having anxiety. You should be aiming to get laid on the first date regardless of what kind of relationship you're looking for. IT's a good "screening test" IMO. If the girl puts out on the first date, then she's most likely not worth a LTR. For logistics, optimally you want somewhere where you can be back at your place in 15 minutes or less (that includes waiting time). So you better get a car or uber. protein is overrated. I used to drink whey proteins, milk, eat eggs, chicken, steak, turkey bacon, cheese, etc. all that stupid shit for protein, it made my fitness life unsustainable and dreaded. Now I stopped counting protein and just eat based on how I "feel", stopped eating dairy, and stopped whey protein, and gains have been through the roof. Making a lot of strength, stamina, and clear skin gains. Now I probably eat .5g of proetein per 1lb of bw. Works great for me. Carbs > protein
