Oh look. The masculinity police are crying about masculinity being policed.

Why at a time when acceptable behavior for women has expanded, do men remain stuck?

Where are you to defend the demonization of masculinity and male dominated spaces and activities? You're full of shit Hanna. You want to expand acceptable behavior in one direction and shrink it in another.

The fear of female domination runs deep. You can see it in Gamergate, in Donald Trump, in bro culture on campus. In fact, it's a strain of misogyny that runs alongside gender equality.

It's OK for men to cry but not to play "problematic" video games, vote for Trump, or to expect due process and impartiality in rape proceedings.

That last link is atrocious, by the way.

They feminized education because competition and rote learning was too hard for girls. Now that boys are suffering because the system is so feminized, they say "Well, have you tried being more like a girl? That'll fix it!"

What rewards are there for males crying?

Women are assisted when they cry. Mountains are moved. They are supported even if they are wrong. They can end arguments by crying for fuck sakes! They are pampered and spoiled.
