There was a case in Western Australia about 20 years ago in which a witness requested, and was given the right to immunity from being prosecuted for admissions he would make in his testimony. He then testified that his mate didn't commit the murder and he knew that because he did.

They proved he was lying and charged him with perjury. This is the approach that should be taken with this woman QC. Anonymity on the basis that the allegations are, in fact true.
