Yes, Biden, when a woman claims rape, you have to ask for the facts, because that is called EVIDENCE. I hate when people pretend like there is still the 'she was asking for it' mentality. That is long gone.

Instead, police need to do police work, which involves asking details of the incident.

"What were you wearing?" - This is a very important question...because there could be EVIDENCE on the clothing.

This pretending like we should ask rape victims no questions at all is part of the reason the conviction rate is so low. If police don't actually investigate, they can't find evidence that could remove doubt from the jurors minds, leading to a conviction.

The comments there are interesting. The "why is the focus always on violence against women" is met with "violence against men is by men."

Somebody pointed out that 54% of child abuse is carried out by women. They should also point out (I'm not on Facebook) that up to around 80% of imprisoned rapists surveyed were abused by at least one female in the past.

Babies aren't born violent criminals, they are created. If we as a society really want to address violence against women (apart from the increasing woman on woman violence) then we should do everything in our power to stop woman abusing boys.
