Whoa fired in your fourth year of residency. She is now 100 lbs of I fucked up bad. As far as my understanding she can't be a doctor now in a hospital, as completing fourth year finally means you can finally be an unsupervised doctor. But I guess berating a uber driver and trying to assault him and trashing his car comes with a high price.

Edit: she did assault him, and in my last sentence I portrayed that she was trying to assault him. She absolutely did and it was the Uber driver that did not follow through with assault charges. Thanks monkey_boboo_mush for correction.

Well, technically she already got a pussy pass when the Uber driver refused to press charges. She got off easy there.

So, now she's fired, except she can appeal. In the meantime she can finish her residency while the appeal is being handled.

I doubt the hospital will be vindictive and prevent her from finishing her training. They'll fire her but she'll still get her certification or whatever.

Being a cunt out in the world doesn't give the hospital the right to say she's not a competent doctor.

This story ain't over and so far she's gotten off easy.

for those that say we all fuck up sometimes, I agree. But at the same time, she was way overboard. And I highly doubt the very first the very first time she had a fit like this, it was caught on tape. I'm sure its happened b4. That kind of aggression shows up in other areas and I wouldn't be surprised if she's had attitude issues in school and work.

also, does anyone else think she wasn't just drunk? I mean, she didn't seem to slur too much, so she couldn't have been that drunk. Not sure what drug could cause that kind of aggression. But I just don't think it was just alcohol.

I don't agree with her, honestly, I think she should be charged. But something that always bothers me is how people lose their jobs over something they do in their personal time. It's not like this woman is drunk and beating her patients.

We all make stupid mistakes, but to lose your career over a night of drunken stupidity is lunacy.

But maybe I'm biased, I've had a situation like this when I was a kid. At 17 I got in trouble for some really stupid mistake I made at work, and was called into the principals office. He confronted me about it and called one of my teachers in the room, I was doing work experience with him, and told him everything about what had happened.

Mind you, I was charged informally, so I literally had no record to speak of, I was underage, and nobody had to know what had happened, so I'm not sure how he knew.

He then asked my teacher if he was comfortable having me work for him. I was furious because my crime had nothing to do with the school and had nothing to do with what I was doing at school for the teacher.

The teacher said he trusted me and kept me working for him. He was literally the only person to do anything for me. Everyone treated me like I robbed or raped someone. It was disgusting. I had to move just to find a job.

People make mistakes, we shouldn't fuck up their lives for it.

Ok, I think this should be explained here. Her life is not ruined. Only her job is ruined. She will find another job and/or open her own clinic and go on to be a successful doctor. They cannot stop her from practicing because of this.

Having said that, I think the hospital went a bit too far. It seems to me there is more to the story than everyone is letting on. Maybe in the time that has passed since, she has shown no remorse or has made derogatory comments about Uber or the driver, to make her bosses think she has learned nothing from this experience.

But this is one of the best examples of pussypassdenied I have ever seen.

Look, she acted like an asshole, I'm sure everyone can agree on that. Also, if this is the only reason why we shouldn't keep a competent doctor, for which society is already on short supply, then we really need to re-think why were judging her.

Also, I'm willing to bet a large number of people have been shit faced drunk off their asses and did things they wish they could go back and do differently. The only difference is that your actions weren't recorded and shared for all the world to see.

I don't think this is a pussy pass denied as much as it is a we like seeing an attractive and intelligent person fail.
