In order to ensure justice in sexual assault cases, one of two things needs to happen:

All parties' names should be made public, just like in nearly all other criminal cases.
None of the parties' names should be made public, unless the accused in convicted or pleads guilty to the crime. In addition, if it is found that the accuser perjured himself/herself, the false accuser's name should be made public to warn everyone else to stay away from this individual.

Unfortunately he's fooling himself if he thinks this hysteria is only limited to accusations from children. And with an accusation already on his record, the threat is even greater.
