I'm 26, working as a CSR for a startup. I work in a remote office with one other coworker, a 40 year old single black mom. I have a bachelors, and make decent money (40k), but im starting to get fed up with the job. I spend all day sitting behind a desk waiting for people who are either dumb or pissed off to ask me questions, and the only person I have to talk to is my coworker. She's cool like half the time. The other half she's temperamental, and passive aggressive towards me (I don't think she likes having the same job as someone half her age, and the bosses like me more). There's no real room for advancement. I know I should stick it out until I find something better, but it's getting hard to go in everyday. I have a real estate license, and a bunch of gig economy apps that I could use to get by while trying to find something better. Would it be incredibly dumb to just quit ?
