Hello friends. I've been one one end of a divorce for about 2 years now. Throughout the scenario, I've helped my son's mother fincially. She's gone and stated that she can't trust me to help, so she's worked to open a Child Support case.

I'm now unemployed, and there is an order for me to provide what I made no more than 5 days after I earn it. Fine. But when I ask her to bring my son to me on my weekend, she refuses.

I then reference the help we are providing...

Fine.

You don't want to give help? Don't ask for help.

She replies...

No one is asking you for help. All I've been basically trying to do is tell you to be an actual man and take financial responsibility for your son. Guess you're too immature to know the difference. If it's financial responsibility you're trying to avoid here, then the solution to that is simple: sign off full parental rights to me and i'll drop the child support case.

Otherwise, I'll make full use of the next 12 years to remind you what is required to be a responsible parent (not just a fun 'friend') to a child, I'll remind you over and over again. I'm sorry you're father is a bad role model, but I will not raise my son to be as useless and irresponsible as you or your father. It won't happen.

You are <child>'s biological father, and that is something I cannot ever take away, but what I can do is teach him how to be a real man, since your idea of what one is seems to be so muddied and incapable of real progress.

I now see that my son is for sale in her eyes. Is there a way this will hold any sort of water in court regarding Child Support or Custody.
