This should be done in the US. It is absurd that, while men surveyed report being sexually abused (often by women) at the same rate as women, only 1% of people charged with these crimes are women.

Not to mention that many false accusers are actually the rapist, using the legal imbalance to get away with their crime and rape the victim again (figuratively)
