This is bullshit. I used to work as river boatman on the Colorado River Grand Canyon, working for Sanderson Brothers and Cross Tours. We were "river boatmen" not "guides".

Women weren't harassed. You do that and word would get around, ruining more than half your customer base. More women than men on these runs (lots of airline stewardess).

Nobody pissed or shit in public. There's a hidden toilet area at every campsite; one person at a time only.

Never saw anyone nude. Swimsuits all the time. Nobody took baths either; you didn't need to since you were in and out of the water all the time. Our first showers were back in Page, AZ after 3-7 day run.

As for male dominate culture the wildest river boatman on the Colorado, by far, was Georgie White. Rowdiest bunch on the river was Hatch Tours and they wouldn't think of doing the stuff Georgie did.

Sounds more like dudes being creeps than actual harassment. I didn't read the whole thing but that's what I'm getting from the first few paragraphs.

Unfortunately, men can't joke around with female coworkers about sex, or make a pass at them, without feminists painting it as harassment. Just don't even consider your coworkers as sexual entities and date outside of work. Don't give them the ammunition to ruin your career.
