The top 10 in this ranking are: Niger, Somalia, Mali, Central African Republic, Yemen, DR Congo, Afghanistan, Cote d'Ivoire, Chad and Comoros

How in the name of yellow rubbery fuck are [they] making a distinction between tough to be a girl and tough to be a boy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan or Yemen for fuck’s sake?
