Buzzfeed Canada is based in Toronto, ON.

A little googlin leads me to believe this is where you report employment discrimination in the province of Ontario. They have online guided wizard to help complete the correct form:

I assume you have to be an ON resident, and at the minimum Canadian, to make the complaint though.
