Guys I made a post here about a week ago about my wife having thrown out of the house and taking all my stuff in the middle of the night with a phony protection from abuse order. Today I went to the hearing and she had a lawyer with her a real feminist type. They kept trying to settle with me and offering me a two year protective order and basically me seeing my child on their terms whenever they think they're comfortable with it. I told them no way I'm not doing it I don't deserve this I'm not an abuser I've never abused her and I was going to go in front of the judge. My soon to be ex wife suddenly now claiming that I abused her and then the judge asked me what my defense was. I pleaded with the judge that I need an account so that she had all my money she had bought a lawyer with my money and I needed a counselor. The judge thankfully gave me 2 weeks. Her lawyer in her kept trying to settle with me but it was always just all this one sided stuff basically me giving up rights to my kid until she decides that it's okay. Also forgetting to keep everything in the house and everything and leaving me nothing is there what their offer is.

I really need a lawyer that sympathetic to men and who is good. I live in Northampton County PA if anybody knows someone who is affordable because I don't have a lot of money could you please let me know I can't believe she got up there and suddenly started saying that I abuse her none of that was in the original affidavit. I have a strong case but I don't know the rules of evidence so I didn't want to tangle with her lawyer being as I'm not one.
