Well she's not a victim if she wasn't raped, is she? And how do you find that out? Through cross-examination. I'm sure it is hard to be asked tough questions, but that is the burden you must bear to put someone in jail for decades. And if it turns out the "victim" is lying, it must be tough to have that pointed out to you.

Sounds like they're gearing-up to steal even more due process from men than they have already taken with rape shield laws and such.

Besides, women should never "come forward" and falsely accuse a man when no crimes occurred.

Is Gian Ghomeshi ground zero for the whole gender wars thing in Canada? I was completely unaware of this issue before the story broke, but since then, then it's invaded my life in an increasingly big way every day since. Were any of you aware of these issues at the current scale before this?
