It demonstrates Winny has a sense of humor (which is about his only saving grace).

You could probably do the woman for low level assault but I doubt Joyce would bother, you can clearly tell from the stills that even he thought it was funny as the dildo was flying towards his face. He could have her jailed for 10 days or whatever if he wanted (and just because they didn't say it happened doesn't mean it hasn't, but the only difference here between what happened and if it happened to a woman is the woman would have acted like a child about it and had a cry most likely (most of em anyway). Either way the law would have more than likely been carried out equally.

Compared to the politicians that have had shit (as in actual feces) thrown at them this is pretty inconsequential, he clearly was more amused by it than anything.
