Well, I can only say this, you have GOT TO WANT IT ! You have got to NOT back down, you should not be afraid of the challenges nofap will throw at you. Just be more serious about it. Watch inspirational videos and listen to good stuff. Life from now on will be hard but it will be the hard that will make you sleep calmer at night. That sweat and fear will go, the usual stuff when the person is on porn and wakes up in the morning, all braindead and wrecked, mentally, physically, emotionally. Just don't let yourself get broken down again. Don't allow the abuse.

Remember you are the volunteer here, you volunteer to change your life. If you want the easy way out, porn will be there. Its infinite and its always looking for your weak spot in you, to prove you wrong and to prove all your efforts were in vain.
