First time here. I read THIS and was shocked that such a thing exists.

Not only is it wrong to punish a man cleared of a crime but it's basically an infringement of his human rights and realistically un-enforceable. I could understand if this man was charged and thus deemed a sexual threat to others but he wasn't.

Not only that but it's sexist from two fronts

  1. It's places the responsibility on the man to inform the police, not both parties thus is sexist against men.

  2. It pre-supposes that Men are in control of and solely initiate sex rather than it being a mutual endeavour which is sexist against both men and women.

Frankly I'm enraged such an order exists
